1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and 555pnl with respect to your use of the Services.

2.2 Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated conclusively by any of the following actions: (a) clicking an acceptance checkbox during the account registration process; (b) completing the registration process; or (c) accessing or using any part of the Services after these Terms have been published or updated.

2.3 These Terms shall be binding upon you from the moment of your first access to the platform and shall continue to apply for the full duration of your use of the Services, including any period during which your Account is suspended or under review.

2.4 555pnl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 555pnl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of or located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Services;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 555pnl or any affiliated entity;
• You have not previously had an Account with 555pnl that was terminated for cause, including for violation of these Terms;
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order covering online gaming platforms.

3.2 555pnl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, Philippine Passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or any other government-issued photo identification card bearing the Player's date of birth.

3.3 Where 555pnl has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, it may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 555pnl only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other details as 555pnl may request. You undertake to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. 555pnl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 You must notify the 555pnl support team immediately upon becoming aware of or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.5 555pnl may conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting additional documentation in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and PAGCOR requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.6 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 555pnl requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. KYC review is typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalized.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 555pnl accepts deposits made through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Instapay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change and may vary by Account status and verification level.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100) via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are as specified in the cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 555pnl does not accept deposits in any foreign currency.

5.4 You warrant that all payment methods used to fund your Account are registered in your own name and that you are the rightful owner of all funds deposited. 555pnl reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time.

5.5 Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly. In the event of a technical or payment processor delay, deposits will be credited within a reasonable time. If a deposit has not been credited within two (2) hours of transaction confirmation on your payment platform, contact 555pnl support immediately.

5.6 555pnl does not currently charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose separate fees which are your sole responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.6.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200) via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other withdrawal methods are specified in the cashier section.

6.3 Withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes of request submission. Withdrawal requests to Philippine bank accounts (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes. These are indicative timeframes and actual processing times may vary.

6.4 555pnl reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests, including requests for supporting documentation, prior to processing. This right is exercised in compliance with PAGCOR AML obligations and does not constitute an unreasonable restriction on Player funds.

6.5 Withdrawal requests may only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.6 In the event that a withdrawal is found to have been made in circumstances constituting fraud, bonus abuse, or any other Prohibited Conduct, 555pnl reserves the right to reverse the withdrawal and recover the relevant amounts from the Player's Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 555pnl may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held separately in your Account. Real Money Funds are used for wagering first, followed by Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only amounts derived from the completion of applicable wagering requirements become withdrawable as Real Money Funds.
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 555pnl reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this shall not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account in good faith.
• Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or other irregular wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account closure.

7.3 Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum bonus conversion limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms prior to accepting any bonus.

8. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

8.1 All games available on the 555pnl platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by 555pnl or by Players.

8.2 Live dealer games are conducted using physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professionally trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. 555pnl does not manipulate live dealer outcomes.

8.3 The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are as certified by the relevant game providers and testing laboratories. Certified RTP information is available within each game's information panel.

8.4 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an indeterminate outcome, 555pnl reserves the right to void the relevant game round and refund the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No claim for winnings shall arise from a void game round.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 555pnl may adjust bet limits at any time.

8.6 Players located in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other regions of the Philippines are subject to the same platform rules and game conditions. No geographic distinction is made in the application of gameplay rules.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period.

9.2 Loss Limits. Players may set maximum net loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the relevant period.

9.3 Session Time Limits. Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to suspend access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion by contacting the 555pnl support team via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of request confirmation and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players seeking self-exclusion will not be subjected to marketing communications during the exclusion period.

9.5 Reality Check. Players may access a full history of their gaming activity, net win/loss position, and transaction records at any time from their Account dashboard.

9.6 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support through appropriate resources. The 555pnl Responsible Gaming page provides detailed guidance and links to external support organizations.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555pnl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) Account, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or through a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name or using funds obtained through fraudulent means;
• Any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to obscure the origin of funds;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place wagers or interact with the platform without prior written authorization from 555pnl;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in any game, particularly in live dealer poker or other competitive game formats;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering, or hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Any conduct that 555pnl, in its reasonable discretion, considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 555pnl platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and layout, is the property of 555pnl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit any downloading, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.

11.3 The 555pnl name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the platform. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555pnl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or delays caused by circumstances beyond 555pnl's reasonable control.

12.2 555pnl's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 555pnl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are advised to maintain appropriate security measures on their devices.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 555pnl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 555pnl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

13.2 555pnl processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

13.3 Player data may be disclosed to PAGCOR or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law or in furtherance of 555pnl's regulatory obligations.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 555pnl support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no outstanding AML review is in progress.

14.2 Suspension or Termination by 555pnl. 555pnl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Direction or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Any other circumstances in which 555pnl determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued Account access poses a risk to the platform or to other Players.

14.3 Where an Account is closed for cause under Section 14.2, 555pnl reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending the outcome of any investigation, and may ultimately forfeit those balances in cases where Prohibited Conduct is established.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 555pnl platform shall first be referred to the 555pnl customer support team for resolution. 555pnl undertakes to respond to formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

15.3 In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 15.2, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.4 Players with concerns regarding 555pnl's regulatory compliance may escalate complaints to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

16. Amendments to These Terms

16.1 555pnl reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided through one or more of the following means: a notification displayed on the platform upon login; an SMS message to the Player's registered mobile number; or a notice posted on the 555pnl website.

16.2 Amended Terms become effective upon publication. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account pursuant to Section 14.1.

16.3 The current version of these Terms is always available at 555pnl.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
